Thank you very much for your letter.  We have 250 in total for our
promotion, although some tests have been ordered already.  I foresee it
will take a few more weeks for all of them to disappear so that will
leave you some time in hand.


We can indeed accept your orders.  The test covers 43 markers in total
and is a large number of markers with which to compare - which should
negate the need ever to upgrade in the future.  The markers used are
being used by labs in the research community and I am certain will be
useful in years to come when compared against newer databases.


The promotional tests are solely being sold on an individual basis and
thus you don't have to start a Surname Project.  We are actually working
on our customer database in the background and so Surname Projects will
come in several weeks time.  However, we probably won't be able to go
this low per marker again and thus it does represent very good value for
money.

I see you have entered our prize draw - good luck with that!  It is
entirely random but the more entries the better the chance.  It's really
just a nice way to generate web-traffic and interest whilst giving the
chance of winning prizes.  If you do win during the promotional period,
I'll even refund for each test!


I also browsed over to your website.  If you'd like, you can use the jpg
file attached.  I've cropped the width to 215 pixels so that it alighns
with the table below, and also put a grey fade on the right hand side so
that it merges into the dark grey of your web-page (although maybe not
perfectly!!).  It does have the advantage that the pic will load about
twice as fast as the image you have.  It is entirely up to you if you'd
like to use it - but I am glad the images in the image gallery are being
used.
