This page has a fixed position and width in pixels for the left box. It is not fluid. On window resize, it stays the same, the left hand edge of the content stays the same, but it is fixed as well.
However, a real small window, the right hand box will still begin to overlap the content.
You can also give the left box a fixed width in pixels to match the padding, so that only the right box adjusts.
